We have been building home appliances since 2014. MERU is an appliance brand and a part of Vardhman Global Industries — our parent company — whose manufacturing, sourcing and quality discipline sits behind every product we ship, from dry irons and electric cooktops to the MERUWARE cookware house.

Artus is born
Vardhman Global Industries starts its first home appliance brand, Artus — dry irons and immersion rods built in-house.
In-house assembly
Element winding, assembly and electrical testing all move under one roof.
Artus becomes MERU
The brand is rebuilt and renamed MERU — same engineering discipline, a sharper identity and a wider appliance range.
Quality assurance
A dedicated QA lab and a 100% electrical test policy on every unit, with distribution scaling across India.
MERUWARE launches
The stainless steel cookware house launches — honeycomb kadhai, triply saucepots, tawa and fry pans.
